If the work is completed faster than the minimum hourly rate, payment is made based on the full minimum rate, and this is discussed at the time of the request. When hiring the company for long distances, the time spent on the return trip is paid for. This is agreed upon at the time of the order. If the order is placed during nighttime hours, the workers cannot use public transport, and in this case, an additional amount is paid to cover transportation expenses for the return of the loaders.
