The most important aspect of moving is securing the items in the vehicle’s cargo area. If the items are not fastened, there is a high likelihood of them getting damaged. Our roads pose a risk not only to the cargo itself but also to the vehicle’s suspension. Therefore, it makes sense to secure everything in some manner. It is ideal if the cargo area is equipped with special brackets or fasteners that prevent the items from falling or shifting.
For large items, oarlocks or anchors are used as brackets for fastening. For smaller items, small anchor brackets will suffice. Alpine brackets can be used by attaching eyelets to the sides and securing them with ropes.
It’s better to secure the load than to restore the furniture.
